Inventory management is essential in any survival game, and The Lord of the Rings: Return to Moria is no exception. As you explore, you'll collect various items like food, materials, and enemy drops. However, your starting pack has limited space, and you'll quickly find yourself needing more room to carry your loot. Here's how to upgrade your inventory space.
The first upgrade comes when you craft the Adventurer’s Pack, which offers 25 inventory slots, a significant boost from the Scout's Pack's 10 slots. To craft the Adventurer’s Pack, you’ll need to craft a Workbench. This requires two Iron Ingots and twelve Elven Wood, which you can find after reaching the Elven Quarter.
Once you have your Workbench, you can craft the Adventurer’s Pack using eight Hide. Unlike Hide Scraps, Hide comes from larger animals like Goats, Cave Bears, and Hriwaras. Goats can be found in the Mines of Moria, while Cave Bears and Hriwaras are located in the Elven Quarter. Be warned that these creatures can be tough to take down, especially the Cave Bears, which are dangerous and require considerable effort to defeat.
Once you’ve gathered enough Hide, return to your Workbench, craft the Adventurer's Pack, and equip it. Your old pack will drop to the ground, but you can still access it and store items inside.
With the Adventurer’s Pack, you'll have plenty of space to carry essential items for your adventures in Moria!
